Machine Overview
This equipment is designed for testing automotive parts, electronic appliances, and industrial electronic products against rain, dust, and immersion in sand and water. It is particularly suitable for automotive components including lights, door locks, electrical systems, instrumentation, dustproof covers, and electronic household appliances to verify full seal stability.
The rainfall test chamber simulates atmospheric pressure conditions where components and equipment, whether in working or storage state, are affected by various forms of water (including impurities). The testing prevents water infiltration and evaluates performance changes during or after rainfall exposure.
Performance indicators comply with GB/T10485 standards for automotive and trailer exterior devices, lighting and signal devices basic environmental testing, industrial electronics basic environmental testing, and related JIS and MIL standards. The chamber also meets ISO 20653-2006, GB-4208-93, GB2423.37-89La, GB4208-93, DIN40050.5K and other national standards for rainfall testing.
